Chicken Rice Casserole


(2) Cups Cooked Rice
(2) Can Werling & Sons Chicken
3/4 Cup Chopped Celery
(1) Can Mushroom Pieces
(1) Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
(1) Cup Milk
(1)Cup Breadcrumbs




1. Gradually stir in broth and milk, stirring until thick and smooth
2. Stir in chicken and add salt and pepper; set aside
3. Grease a 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish
4. Spread rice in prepared baking dish
5. Spread celery and chicken mixture over the rice
6. Spread bread crumbs and cheese over the top
7. Bake at 400° until hot. Serve.
