Ingredients:
(1) 28 oz. Canned Chicken
Vegetable of Choice
(1) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
8oz Shredded Cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put chicken in bottom of baking dish.
- Add any type of vegetable over chicken such as peas or corn.
- Mix together Cream of Chicken Soup, milk, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Add mixture on top of chicken and vegetables.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese, top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake in 350-degree oven until golden brown and bubbly.
