Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

(1) 28 oz. Canned Chicken

Vegetable of Choice

(1) Can Cream of Chicken Soup

1/2 Cup Milk

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

8oz Shredded Cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put chicken in bottom of baking dish.
  3. Add any type of vegetable over chicken such as peas or corn.
  4. Mix together Cream of Chicken Soup, milk, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  5. Add mixture on top of chicken and vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese, top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
  7. Bake in 350-degree oven until golden brown and bubbly.
